Appointments
To maximize the benefits of your treatment, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. As a courtesy to our clientele, please remember that if you arrive late, your treatment will still end as scheduled so as not to inconvenience our guests with appointments later in the day.
Cell Phones
At the request of our guests, please turn off cell phones and refrain from use while in the skin care centre.
Children
Due to the nature of our business, only children 12 years and older with an appointment are permitted.
Pets
We love animals, but only Seeing Eye Dogs are allowed in the skin care centre.
Cancellation Policy
Since all treatments are reserved for you, we ask that you guarantee all appointments using a MasterCard or Visa. In the event you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require that you notify us 24 hours in advance. If we do not receive this notification, you will be charged for the service or $100, which ever is less.
Dermalounge Card
All of our skin care treatments make wonderful gifts. For your convenience, purchase the dermalounge card for any amount in person, online, or by telephone. We'll make sure it reaches your recipient in time for that special occasion.
Returns and Refunds
Our goal is to provide you with optimum skin health. We stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason you are not pleased with any of our products, return them to us within 14 days of purchase with your receipt and we will issue you a full refund. There are no refunds on services, however, we are happy to offer store credit for any unused treatments.
Payment
Cash, Visa, MasterCard and ATM debit cards accepted. We also offer convenient payment options through CareCredit. It's no or low interest financing for you - because we pay the interest. Cannot be used with any other offers or promotions. |
